Off to the real world this morning.

Today I am starting my "new" job at Starbucks....but it isn't new, it's where I worked before I moved to Seattle. Now that I'm back here in beautiful Asheville I am back at my old "new" job, lol. I love it, I love making coffee and talking to people. I look forward to seeing all my old regulars...it always makes me feel good to know I can make their coffees and teas just the way they want them. I do have mad skills ya know!

From the beginning.

Here I am, about to embark on the biggest adventure of my life. Scared? Sure. Excited? Absolutely!! All the things I love in one place? That's what I want! Everybody that knows me knows "Cait loves coffee!" Having my own coffee shop is my dream. I love the quote "Do what you love to do so much you would do it for free, then learn how to do it so well that someone will pay you to do it." and this is it for me!

This is where I will put all my ideas and progress. So much to do and learn. It will be exciting and mundane and inspiring and maybe a little boring. But it will be the story of my life all wrapped up in a big beautiful COFFEE BOW and presented to the world with all my heart and soul.
